Desired Experience : 8 to 13 Years (Mandatory)
Mandatory Skills : Java, UML, SOA, J2EE OOPS, Exception Handling, Collections, Generics and Annotations

Minimum Requirements :
• Minimum of 6 to 10 years experience in systems development and integration (Engineer or Systems Specialist role) including at least 2-3 years in application/technical architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Java, knowledge on other J2EE related open source technologies knowledge would be a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of object-oriented analysis & design, and experience communicating static and dynamic models with Unified Modeling Language (UML) – Mandatory.
• In depth knowledge of end-to-end Systems Development Life Cycles (including waterfall, RUP, agile, iterative or other modern approaches to software development
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems in creative ways
• Ability to work independently and ability to deliver POCs
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Understanding & hands-on experience on a co-sourcing projects with offshore

Technical Requirements :
• Strong Java, SOA and Web Services working knowledge
• J2EE – OOPS, Exception Handling, Collections, Generics and Annotations.
• Domain — Banking / Financial Domain is desirable
