Chennai	Business Analyst – Insurance	· Minimum 4 years experience in Insurance (Operations or IT only) · Minimum 1 year experience in IT Industry is a MUST · Experience in General Insurance (Motor, Property, Liability, Specialty, Reinsurance). · Information technology experience – complete involvement in SDLC. · Excellent communication & presentation skills. · Willing to travel short term / long term on assignments · Prior experience in Business analysis & Requirement Gathering, conducting workshops, walkthroughs, worked in large engagements. · People Management skills. · Industry certifications in Non-life Insurance (CPCU, FIII, CII) · Authored White papers and involved in thought leadership activities · Work experience in Client facing assignments · Experience in pre-sales activities – RFI / RFP / Proposals / Solutions · Work experience in other Geographies – US, UK, Europe, APAC.	4 – 20 years
