Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited [ DGVCL ] was founded in May 1999 and was started on 15th September 2003 by Gujarat Electricity Board. It is an electricity company It is an electricity company which is engaged in electricity sub transmission distribution and also supply electricity all over the state of Gujarat. Around 10000 employees are working under DGVCL.
DGVCL has published an advertisement in its official website for the recruitment of Junior Assistants and only Indian Nationals are eligible. Interested and dedicates candidates can apply latest by 30th July 2011 by sending an application form in a prescribed format.
Total 150 vacancies are available for the post of Junior Assistants. For this post, candidates age should be less than 25 years as on 22nd June 2011 and should be graduate in any stream with minimum 55% marks while knowledge of Computers and English is desirable. Selected candidates will get remuneration of Rs. 5500/- for 1st year, Rs. 6000/- per month for 2nd year and Rs. 6500/- per month for 3rd year.
Selection will be made on the basis of written test in the ratio of 1 : 10 from shortlisted candidates. Written test will consists of both descriptive and objective type questions.
