Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for managing assigned account.
Responsible for increasing account penetration, customer satisfaction and sales growth for long term results
To carry a revenue, margin & server/storage target
Making face to face calls
Commit & deliver a weekly number
Engaging & managing the relationships at the highest level in the account
Developing new accounts by selling & positioning of Dell value propositions.
Develops and plans account strategies and activities for specified accounts such as, selecting products for calls, identifying buyer influences, overcoming objections, introducing new products, making sales presentations and negotiating discount points

Qualifications
Graduate. MBA would be an added advantage
5years of sales experience in IT industry

Experience in Selling to large corporate accounts / govt education and healthcare

Experience in IT hardware industry is preferred. – IT hardware and solution selling is requierd

Experience in Selling enterprise (high ticket items like servers) is preferred. – Selling enterprise products like servers and storage

Location: Bangalore, KA, India
